Return Policy: There will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns. All returns must be sent back within 15 days of recieving the shipment. All duties, domestic and international taxes, shipping and customs fees are paid by the buyer and are not refunded. Custom orders are on a best effort basis with no refunds. Return shipment is paid for by the buyer unless extenuating circumstances arise

Refund Policy: Please allow the credit card processor up to 7 days to credit back your credit card

Cancellation Policy: We will make every attempt to cancel an order before it ships. Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled

Delivery/Shipping Policy: We do not ship to any countries not allowed by the US customs. This includes but is not limited to Syria, North Korea, Sudan, Iran, and Cuba. OVERNIGHT/Next Day orders received AFTER 3:30pm EASTERN Standard Time will ship the NEXT Business Day.
